• You are invited to the Meet and Greet and Shared Learning
  
  The Rutgers Alumni Association and Alumni and Friends of the School of Management and Labor Relations invite you to attend our Meet and Greet and Shared Learning Event on Thursday, April 17, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the Rutgers Club. (199 College Avenue, New Brunswick).

  Hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be served.

  Marv Weisbord and Sandra Janoff, legends in the area of Organization Development will join us and will describe their experiences with leading and managing meetings in many of the world's cultures with "the whole system in the room." Their ground breaking work includes helping to transform such organizations as IKEA, UNICEF, and the FAA. They will also talk about the historical roots of this 21st Century management practice, and how the pace of change, increasing diversity and globalization make new ways of working imperative. 

  Bring business cards to connect with other SMLR alumni and learn how you can participate in alumni programs and events. Ongoing programs and events include: program topics in human resources and labor relations, mentoring events, a graduation event, and annual scholarships honoring students from MLER and MHRM.  Mentoring opportunities will be discussed.
